Project Overview
The Inclusive Business in Sunflower Value Chains project aims to enhance the sunflower value chain by providing comprehensive business development services to smallholder farmers (SHF), SMEs (processors, input suppliers, offtakers), and buyers. This includes linking farmers’ organizations, input suppliers, and processors with access to finance, facilitating access to seeds and other inputs for SHFs and farm groups, and ensuring that all actors in the sunflower value chain have access to vital market information.
Our Role in This Project
TAPBDS played a pivotal role by facilitating access to finance and market information, and linking smallholder farmers, SMEs, and other stakeholders within the sunflower value chain. TAPBDS also supported the distribution of seeds and inputs, enhancing the overall efficiency and productivity of the sunflower industry in the targeted regions.
